Your Five-Week Practice

Choose You

From overwhelmed to aligned — a five-week practice in mindfulness, clarity, boundaries, and resilience.

Welcome

This workbook is a place to slow down enough to hear yourself. You do not need perfect answers, a quiet mind, or a completely figured-out life. You need curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to take one meaningful step at a time.

Your Core Reminder

Mindfulness is not getting rid of thoughts. It is noticing what is here and practicing the return.

Before You Begin

My Starting Point

Mindfulness: What It Really Means

Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment on purpose, with curiosity and as little judgment as possible.
MYTH“I need to clear my mind.”
TRUTHYour mind will think. The practice is noticing and returning.
MYTH“I must feel calm first.”
TRUTHYou can practice while frustrated. Start by grounding in the body and room.
MYTH“Meditation has to be long.”
TRUTHOne or two intentional minutes can be meaningful.
MYTH“I have to close my eyes.”
TRUTHEyes open is completely valid.

When I Feel Frustrated

I do not have to empty my mind. I can let the mind be busy while I reconnect with the present.
